The popular Spin Class is back and available Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 5:45 p.m.

What is Spin? Take a darkened room, fill with people of all fitness levels on professional exercise bikes, add in 1 motivated instructor and get ready to ride to health! Warm-up and Cool-down, and a lot of good cardio in between.
Cost is $4 for members and $7 for non-members.
 




Ready to feel the morning burn? Sign up for Boot Camp classes and get ready to jump start your day with a variety of warm-up, intense exercise, and cool-down, all before breakfast!
Boot Camp is offered Tuesdays and Thursday at 6:30 a.m.
 




A number of the areas running groups are being consolidated into the Northern Illinois Trail Runner's Club. The club will call The Wright Athletic Club home and will enjoy the services of Northern Illinois Rehab.


Participants can burn up to 800 Calories in a one hour, energy packed Turbo party, according to studies conducted by the American Council on Exercise and a team of researchers from the University of Mississippi.

Created in 1997 by Chalene Johnson, Turbo Kick™ is the hottest kickboxing class around! This format will have you kicking, punching, and grooving away the calories in this action-packed, super fun, safe, and effective cardiovascular workout.
