Supervised Personal Introduction to Custom Exercise

What is SPICE?  It is a step below one on one personal training.  The client receives a success plan complete with workout plan, cardio plan, nutrition suggestions and 4 meetings with a trainer.  This removes the confusion and frustration most experience when they join a gym.  SPICE also has a built in system of checks and balances providing the accountability many need to make sure they get to the gym a few days a week. 
 
This program is conducted, supervised and designed for each individual by a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer and has an average national cost of over $300.

On May 1, 2007 Tim hired me for one personal training session and for some suggestions on how to eat better on the go.
